How is Atelier different from Zapier or Make?

Zapier and Make are general-purpose integration glue. Atelier is purpose-built for teams that already operate on Perpetual Core products — Sage, Sentinel, RFP Engine, Janice. Every Flow has access to the full state of every PC product, runs under the same identity and tenancy, and logs to one trace timeline. You can also bring your own webhooks, but the deep integrations are first-class.

Yes — every workspace ships with 5 starter Flow templates you can fork. Custom Flow authoring happens via the JSONB definition today; a visual graph editor lands in v1.1. The Flow library is org-scoped, but Lorenzo curates a global template library every tenant can fork.

How does multi-tenancy work?

Every Atelier row is scoped to a pc_org. Row-Level Security forces queries to filter by your org membership. Cross-product calls preserve org scope server-to-server. A four-layer defense (Postgres role isolation, RLS with NULLIF hardening, ESLint package boundary, cross-tenant CI attack grid) keeps data from leaking between tenants.

What happens at the run cap?

Overage runs are billed at $0.05/run on top of your plan. You can also upgrade tiers mid-cycle and pay only the prorated difference. Hard caps only apply to Enterprise on request.

atelier.perpetualcore.com (Vercel) backed by the shared Perpetual Core Studios Supabase. Data lives in us-east. Logs go to Vercel and Supabase. SOC 2 review in progress; HIPAA and FedRAMP available on Enterprise.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month or annual. You keep workspace access through the end of the billing cycle, and we never delete your data without explicit request.
